I hope everyone is having a nice and relaxing summer. I cannot believe that we only have 2 weeks left!
Mr. Urbas and myself are gearing up for Cross Country starting at the beginning of the school year. Start to condition yourself. This can be as simple as a 20-30 minute jog 3-4 days a week. Please do not forget to stretch before and after your run. This is crucial if you would like to stay injury free. If you would like to start preparing for the season to insure that you are ready for the practices and to minimize injury, start running!
In the next 2 weeks, I will post our letter to the parents and runners which will highlight the season and our goals. I am very excited to start the season.
