No Practice 10/11

There will be no practice on Friday, October 11.  We have Sectionals on Saturday and Conference on Tuesday, we want to make sure all runner are getting enough rest.

As a suggestion, runners may want to run a little on Monday ( we have no school).
If runners would like to give Mr. Urbas or Mrs. Gemmell the $4 for the pizza celebration on Friday, that would be fine.
